Damage and issue

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue.

Exchange

Exchanges For the return process, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging and labeling. The merchandise return is valid for 10 days from the date the goods were delivered. You should ship the product to be exchanged, and once we have it, we will dispatch your exchanged product. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be exchanged again. Please keep in mind that things can only be exchanged if they are not the correct size.

Refund

As soon as we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, you will instantly receive your money back using the original payment method within ten business days. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.
